Željko’s professional involvement primarily comprises of legal services in areas of M&A, Real Estate, Competition and general Corporate and Commercial Law advisory.
Željko is mainly focused on provision of efficient legal services to global companies and local subsidiaries of global companies, supporting their successful day-to-day business operations and full compliance with the Serbian legislation.
Company law and corporate governance are areas where he feels at home, and is always ready to find suitable solution for each of his clients’ particular needs, be it micro, SME or corporate enterprise.
During more than 20 years of experience in practicing law, Željko has been involved in many regional high-value M&A transactions and privatization projects in Serbia and Montenegro. In these transactions he worked closely with leading international law firms, such as Linklaters, Clifford Chance, Dentons, Kirkland & Ellis, etc. Željko graduated from the University of Belgrade, Faculty of Law in 1995. He has been with Law Office Milošević since 1996. During his professional career he interned in a London based law firm, where he improved his legal skills and gained valuable international experience.
