Sandra advises and represents both Serbian and international clients in in regard to Employment, Information Management and Data Protection, Real Estate and Construction Law. Her particular focus lies in all areas of collective and individual employment law. This includes matter of employment law-related advice and drafting of contracts and compliance matters. She assists clients in preparation of employment-related documents, including handbooks, employment agreements, policies and general correspondence and conducts seminars and in-house trainings on various employment-related topics.
Sandra’s wide client base includes prominent companies in transportation, food and beverage, tourism, outsourcing, manufacturing, IT and telecommunications industries. During her assignment with Law Office Milošević, she took part in many challenging cross-national projects involving employment, data protection and construction law matters, which has given her in-depth understanding of the matter. She handled various administrative and regulatory matters across industries, in particular GDPR compliance.
Sandra obtained her Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree at the University of Belgrade, Faculty of Law. Before joining the firm, Sandra worked as a project administrator in a construction company where she gained important organizational skills which enable her to handle impressive number of court cases at the same time.
