Law Office Milošević Announces Promotion of Dušan Aleksić to Attorney at Law
Law Office Milošević is pleased to announce the promotion Dušan Aleksić as a new Attorney at Law.
Dušan joined Law Office Milošević in 2016. He has successfully provided legal advice to a broad range of clients including SMEs and international corporations.
Dušan’s main focus is on M&A as well as equity capital markets. He has broad experience in advising corporations and financial institutions on domestic and cross-border M&A and capital markets transactions, reorganizations, cross-border and domestic mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, divestitures and private equity.
With his expertise in the areas of IT law, blockchain technology and digital currency, Dušan is dedicated to helping clients navigate the legal aspects of IT, cryptocurrency and blockchain technology. Furthermore, Dušan’s additional field of expertise includes energy and infrastructure projects.
Moreover, Dušan represents both domestic and foreign entities in commercial disputes and advises on dispute avoidance and project management issues.
Dušan obtained his Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from the University of Belgrade, Faculty of Law, and earned Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree from the same faculty. In 2015/2016, Dušan was a member of a successful team of the University of Belgrade in the 23rd Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot.
