Law Office Milošević is pleased to announce the promotion of Filip Milošević as a new Partner.
Filip joined Law Office Milošević in 2010. He developed his legal skills and pragmatic approach in various M&A and due diligence projects and transactions in a wide range of industries including private equity, TMT, energy, IT, retail and healthcare.
Filip focuses his practice in international and multi-jurisdictional arbitration and litigation. He has significant international arbitration experience and took part in a number of commercial and investor-state arbitrations.
Filip plays a leading role in firm’s information technologies sector and transactions. He advised internet incubator and VC fund on investment rounds and acquisition of tech startups.
He also represents clients in maritime, shipping, transport and insurance matters and has broad experience in obtaining and opposing injunctive relief, particularly in ship arrest matters.
Besides his bachelor of law degree from the University of Belgrade, Faculty of Law, Filip holds a joint Master of Law and Business degree from Bucerius Law School (Hamburg, Germany) & WHU Otto Beisheim School of Management (Vallendar, Germany). Valuable addition to Filip’s professional experience was his internship at an international US-based law firm.
